01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to GGBonus. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the GGBonus platform — including the website at ggbonus.app, our mobile site, or any associated application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These GGBonus Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and GGBonus. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register an account or use our services. Continued use of the GGBonus platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
Note: These Terms and Conditions apply to all GGBonus services — sports betting, esports, fishing games, virtual sports, casino, and all promotional offers available to players in the Philippines.
02 Eligibility
To register and play on GGBonus, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of anyone employed by GGBonus or its partners.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have an active gambling restriction order applicable in the Philippines.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
GGBonus reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions or closure. If we discover that a player does not meet eligibility requirements after registration, any winnings or bonus funds in the account may be forfeited.
03 Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) GGBonus account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. GGBonus uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate important account updates. You are responsible for keeping your registered details current — including your email address and mobile number — at all times.
Your GGBonus account password is your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login credentials with anyone. GGBonus will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Account sharing is not allowed. Any bets placed, bonuses claimed, or withdrawals made while your account is being used by another person remain your full responsibility.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
GGBonus supports a range of payment methods commonly used across the Philippines, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions on GGBonus are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits: Most deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within minutes during operating hours. PESONet and traditional bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day. Minimum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the cashier page.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on regular business days. GGBonus requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
- GGBonus does not charge internal fees for standard withdrawals.
- Third-party transaction fees charged by your bank or e-wallet are not covered by GGBonus.
- Applicable taxes under Philippine law are the responsibility of the player.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
GGBonus offers a variety of promotions for players in the Philippines, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal events. All GGBonus bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the deposit amount as well.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds past the validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
- One Bonus at a Time: GGBonus does not allow stacking of multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in a promotion's specific terms.
- Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes at a different rate than slots or fishing games. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
- Abuse Prevention: GGBonus monitors all bonus activity. Any player found abusing bonus offers — including placing low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements or coordinating with other players — may have their bonus cancelled and account reviewed.
GGBonus reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an on-site announcement.
06 Betting Rules
All bets placed on GGBonus are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant rules. General betting rules applicable across all GGBonus markets include:
- Bets are only accepted from registered and verified GGBonus accounts.
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the player, except where a specific cash-out feature is available and active.
- GGBonus reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, prices, or market conditions due to technical errors or data feed failures.
- In the event of a match postponement or cancellation, GGBonus follows standard industry rules for settlement — generally voiding the bet or settling at reduced odds, depending on the sport.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Details are available on the relevant betting page.
- GGBonus live betting markets may be suspended at any time, particularly around key moments in a game (e.g., during a penalty kick or a PBA free throw).
07 Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of GGBonus and the experience of all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the GGBonus platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
- Using someone else's payment method without their explicit written consent.
- Money laundering or using GGBonus for any illegal financial activity.
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing GGBonus staff or other players through any communication channel.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and pending bonuses, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
08 Privacy and Data Protection
GGBonus collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on GGBonus, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Your data is used strictly for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and communication related to your GGBonus account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data handling complies with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
09 Responsible Gaming
GGBonus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across our entire platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, controlled activity — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.
GGBonus provides players with tools to help manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting our support team directly.

10 Account Suspension and Closure
GGBonus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that:
- The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- The player has breached any provision of these GGBonus Terms and Conditions.
- The account is being used by someone other than the registered player.
- The player poses a risk under our responsible gaming obligations (e.g., a self-excluded player attempting to re-register).
- Continuing the account relationship would violate any applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their GGBonus account may do so by contacting our support team. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11 Limitation of Liability
GGBonus provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of technical issues at all times.
GGBonus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Errors in live score feeds, match statistics, or data provided by third-party data suppliers.
- Any decisions you make based on information displayed on the GGBonus platform.
In all cases, GGBonus's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
12 Changes to These Terms
GGBonus may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the GGBonus platform.
The updated terms will be effective from the date stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of GGBonus after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.
